Outcome:
**AIM-2786** — Fixed credit tracking in Wf S4: duplicate Starting credit field prevented by adding `#wfS4CreditRow` cleanup; Credit remaining/Step cost removed from detail area (now only in confirm2 dialog); per-user `ShowWfS4CreditTracking` setting added.

**issue -3300** — Added "Handling Free-Text Follow-ups" section to both `aisman-instructions-template.md` and `01-session-setup.md` with Path A (new step) vs Path B (Steering update) rules.

**issue -3301** — `pricing.js` updated so the Select seat count dialog always shows the organizations dropdown with the current org pre-selected.
