Direct session 44, Step 1: Dashboard UI fixes and improvements:
- Fix S.org.selected.users not populating session avatars
- Add template/fallback avatar with user icon for sessions
- Rename Clear all issue selections tooltip to Clear selections
- Enable Clear selections button when any checkbox is checked
- Remove color from .aim-filter-toggle issue type buttons
- Unify .aim-view-toggle and .aim-issue-filter-bar into .aim-list-toolbar
- Add third toolbar with implementation status filter toggles
- Toggle fltSession ON when Filter in Issues is clicked
- Fix list item text wrapping when Filter highlights
- Settings: render ungrouped settings before grouped in each tab
- Fix bool settings toggle switch direct click not working
- Change default preselected step tab to Description
- Ctrl+click on step tab selects same tab for all session steps
- Replace step count in session info line with creator avatar, dates, duration, rows
- Add Lines info to step tools row and align right
- Fix clicking issue in session/step lists to select and scroll to it
- Join Description and Outcomes into single step tab
- Fix Filter function to handle CSS-special characters in search text
