Fix: S1 issue list not refreshing after S4 "Review results"

When clicking the green "Review results" button on Wf S4 and switching to the
S1 "Select issues" tab, existing issues retained their pre-processing state
(old status, notes, readiness) — only the "PROCESSING..." badge was removed.
Newly created issues appeared correctly.

Root cause: `_closeTrackerAndReviewResults()` and `_closeTrackerAndNavigate()`
called `loadWfIssues()` without marking the processed issues' cache as dirty.
`loadWfIssueDetails()` checks `AimCache.getDirty('issue', id)` and skips the
server fetch for non-dirty entries, using stale cached data instead.

Fix: Targeted dirty marking on only the issues that were actually processed:
- `_closeTrackerAndReviewResults()`: `closedTask.issueIds.forEach(AimCache.markDirty)`
- `_closeTrackerAndNavigate()`: same
- `wfProcessOutput()`: `stepIssueIds.forEach(AimCache.markDirty)` (was broad `markDirtyType`)

Session cache already handled by existing `AimCache.invalidate('session', ...)` calls.
