Direct session 36, Step 1: Modal dialog refactor, Fix dialog improvements, row highlight, org users cache, SSITestResult removal:
- Replace raw #aimDlg_N modal dialogs with alert2/confirm2
- Improve Fix button dialog on Project > New detected AI outputs
- Use confirm2 for Fix dialog with Close and Re-check buttons
- Add Show content link button in Fix dialog
- Auto re-check after saving file from Fix dialog editor
- Toggle Git check-in sentence in Fix dialog based on checkbox state
- Keep last clicked output file row highlighted
- Load org users basic info into client memory on Dashboard init
- Remove SSITestResult column from SessionStepIssue table
