Refactored application into SPA with tabbed interface (Project, Issues, AI Sessions, Workflow, Settings) and two-column layout. Added project persistence, session management, workflow wizard, markdown support, database triggers, and user settings storage. Enhanced UI with sticky headers, color coding, and improved interactions.
