Direct session 24, Step 1: State refactor S→S2, enum objects, output validation fix, settings improvements, and DB migration
- State refactor and settings improvements (parent)
- Fix validateOutputFile missing reason/type/status check for op:1 issues
- Migrate AimState from flat S to structured S2
- Create S2.enums with typed enum objects for all lookup types
- Rename UserSetting.SettingValue to UserSettingValue
- Implement settings group rendering with sub-group indentation
- Move hard-coded 'Default instructions file' settings to database
- Use AimState.fn.setCurrentIssue/setCurrentSession when selection changes
