Session 151, Step 13: Toggle ready checkmark icon when issue status changes to/from IMPLEMENTED - AIM-2907 Toggle ready checkmark icon when issue status changes to/from IMPLEMENTED Outcome: AIM-2907 now updates ready-state icons immediately after a user note is saved. Main issue rows, session issue rows, session-step issue rows, and workflow rows receive the same ready state, while session-step icons render immediately before the status label.
