Direct session 37, Step 1: Merge tabs, status buttons, notes sorting, DB changes, UI improvements:
- Merge Description and Notes & outcome tabs into single tab
- Move status buttons under description with right alignment
- Add Mark as implemented button for new issues
- Sort notes descending with localStorage checkbox
- DB: Replace SSITestResult with SSIImplementationStatusId
- Note border colors by implementation status instead of note type
- Status buttons show addNoteBox under them with focus
- Fix addNoteBox: remove AI checkbox, reorder buttons, right-align, single instance
- Issue list: left border color instead of text color for status
- Continuous mode: hide empty content panels
- Add + Add button to Children section in Children & Relations tab
