Session 144, Step 39: Pricing page fixes and affiliate ledger bug - AIM-2698 Convert machine dropdown in Create Project dialog to combo box with type-to-filter and Enter-to-create - Re-enable #btnCompleteCheckout after cancelling Paddle overlay checkout - Keep Upgrade button disabled until upgrade dialog is closed and new subscription highlighted - Format subscription end date as d MMMM yyyy on pricing page - Fix affiliate ledger not created when using discount code on pro subscription Outcome: Implemented the requested pricing, affiliate, and project-creation fixes. JavaScript syntax checks, C# compilation, and workspace diagnostics pass; the build retains only pre-existing warnings.
