Implemented all 7 issues: green resolved badge, cross-step issue highlighting via origin-link and status-label click with toggle, lazy-load badge support, Settings > Sessions options for credit provider display, rate-aware cost sub-heading, and AiCPPurchaseWorth column with form field.
