feat: auto-move stale input files to cancelled/ + Cancel processing button on session detail (#-2845, #-2846)

dashboard-project.js:
- Rewrite _rebuildInputProcessingIssueIds: check file age via
  getFileMetadata(), move .md + .catalog_snap.json older than 3 days
  to inputs/called/, fire-and-forget POST /api/issues/clear-processing
- Build S.inputFiles.processingSessFiles map tracking per-session
  file names and issue IDs for cancel-processing feature

dashboard-sessions.js:
- Add sessionHasActiveS4Task(sessionNumber): returns true when an
  unprocessed S4 workflow task maps to the session, distinguishing
  active processing from stale input-file-only processing
- buildSessionProgressRow: show yellow "Cancel processing" button
  when hasUnprocessedStepForSession && !sessionHasActiveS4Task
- Add cancelSessionProcessing(sess): moves tracked input files to
  inputs/called/, clears DB flags via /api/issues/clear-processing,
  clears local processingSessNums/processingIssueIds/processingSessFiles,
  triggers applyProcessingBadges(), re-renders session detail
- Wire .aim-cancel-processing-btn click handler with confirm2
  warning dialog before executing cancel
